The Simone’s Painting and Renovations team have over 85 years experience in the various trades. Our Production Manager Daniel, grew up working with his grandfather and uncles who were master stone masons as well as carpenters. He learned to have a strong work ethic and a relentless striving for perfection and a higher level of skill. He was building houses at a young age and growing his knowledge of all things construction. He loves a project with challenges!

Owner Simone Todoroff, is a Toronto based artist and entrepreneur. Her work ethic comes from the example of her parents; most notable her mother, who was a skilled artisan in several areas. Starting out as a basic helper in the residential construction industry, Simone apprenticed for a few years, and eventually rose to the position of project manager. She has acquired the necessary skills and know how for executing any residential project, with her tile work, plastering and painting. In addition, she also executes mosaic and furniture design projects, both of which are sought after, and is available for kitchen and bath design and colour consultation.
When working on a job the team ensures every step is done to a high standard so that the following steps go smoothly and result in as perfect an end product as possible. Specializing in older homes with pre-existing conditions the team has learned to take on every task as a unique situation and to deal with it in whatever the condition may be. Hanging a door in an older home, in an existing doorway needs a different approach each time and it cannot be done the way you would hang a door in a new build. The team takes the same approach in any work they do. Laying tiles, putting in a kitchen, windows, and even painting. Customer requests are a top priority!
